1. Our commitment

3TA Tourism Management Limited wants everyone to be able to discover and book hotels on 3ta.info, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Our approach is consistent with our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Ordinance (Cap. 487).

2. Conformance status

3ta.info is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform, and we have not yet completed a full audit against every success criterion. We will update this statement after a full audit, and before booking opens.

3. What we have done

  • Pages are built in semantic HTML and work without JavaScript for reading content, with headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Each page declares its language (English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese or Korean), so screen readers pronounce text correctly.
  • All interactive controls can be used with a keyboard and show a visible focus outline. The language menu supports arrow keys, Home, End, Enter and Escape, and returns focus to the button when it closes.
  • Hotel photographs have text alternatives naming the hotel and place. Purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • The hero images are static. Photo carousels never move on their own; you move them with buttons.
  • Animations are reduced when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Body text is dark grey (#28292B) on white, and secondary text (#626262) has a contrast ratio of about 6:1 against white, above the 4.5:1 minimum.
  • Pages adapt to screen widths down to 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged.
  • Pages are structured for machine reading (schema.org data and /llms.txt), so AI assistants and other tools can read hotel information to people in the form they prefer.

4. Known limitations

  • No independent audit yet. Our checks so far are our own automated browser tests and manual keyboard testing. We have not yet tested systematically with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
  • Handwriting-style subtitles. Some decorative subtitles use handwriting-style fonts, which some people may find harder to read. The same information is always available in plain text nearby.
  • Hotel names in Japanese and Korean. Hotel names are not yet available in Japanese or Korean, so pages in those languages show the English name.
  • Room photographs. Room-type thumbnails are marked as decorative because the room name is next to them, so they have no separate description.
  • Hotel-supplied text. Room and rate descriptions from hotels are often in English only and may use abbreviations.
  • Date fields use your browser’s own date picker, which varies between browsers and assistive technologies.
  • Booking, accounts and approvals are not built yet. We will test these flows for accessibility before they open, including the step where you confirm a booking prepared by an AI assistant.

5. Feedback and help

If you have difficulty using any part of 3ta.info, or need information in a different format, contact us at cservice@3ta.info. Tell us the page address and what happened. We will reply within 5 working days. When booking opens, if you cannot complete a booking online because of an accessibility barrier, we will help you complete it by email.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Equal Opportunities Commission of Hong Kong (www.eoc.org.hk).

6. Technical information

3ta.info relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript (JavaScript is needed only for interactive features such as search suggestions and menus). It is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and assistive technologies.

7. How we prepared this statement

This statement was prepared on 13 October 2026 from a self-assessment of the site, using automated browser checks and manual keyboard testing. We will review it at least once a year and whenever we add major features.
